1. Highly recommend taking your pets here! Dr. Diehl and her team are amazing! My dog has very complex issues with his knees and we had a bad experience with another vet. We came to Olde Towne and feel at ease because Dr Diehl is so educated and a realist. She tells you how it is, doesn’t fluff anything. She has taken care of Beau and I trust her completely. Thank you for fixing up my boy!!

  2. We love Olde Towne Animal Hospital! The staff and Dr. Diehl are the greatest. Dr. Diehl was meant to work with animals. She has a way with them almost like an animal whisperer. My dog is a very tentative, very easily spooked dog. The first several minutes of our visit Dr. Diehl will sit on the floor and pet him for a good while until he’s comfortable. I love the rapport she’s trying to build with my little boy. He usually has to be muzzled because he bites when he’s nervous, but after each visit, we are able to take off his muzzle because Dr. Diehl makes him feel good. Hopefully we’ll get to a place where he doesn’t have to be muzzled anymore. The location is convenient. Parking in the front or back is great. The space is clean and large. My mother in law has been going to Dr. Diehl for YEARS; I’m so glad we finally listened to her and moved our pets here where I feel as if my babies are in great hands. If you’re considering a new vet, this practice is the place to visit!

  8. Very caring folks. Took in my dog for emergency surgery with very little notice. Entire staff is very attentive and concerned first and foremost on my dog's health.

  9. My baby girl Storm got a super bad case of “Happy Tail”. I was only home for a few days for my birthday and I needed a quick appointment to get Storm in and her tail amputated. OTAH is not her normal vet and I was worried because I had never met any of the employees or Dr. Kathleen before. They were able to fit us into the schedule and I’m so glad they did!! The staff was so kind and helpful and supportive. They explained everything to me and answer my numerous amounts of questions. They were an absolute dream and pleasure to be around. OTAH wasn’t Stormies normal vet, but after this experience, they certainly will be now. Storm is back home after surgery, doing amazing!! Thank you so much!!!

  10. I recently took my dog to Dr. Diehl after discovering a tumor in her mammary gland. A friend recommended Dr. Diehl to me, as their dog had received excellent treatment for a tumor at this clinic last year. Both Dr. Diehl and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, I had just moved to the area and hadn't gotten insurance for my dog yet, but I was relieved to find that Dr. Diehl's charges were very reasonable, without any unnecessary tests or treatments. As a new student in the United States, I'm still improving my English skills. Dr. Diehl was incredibly patient and always used a translator to ensure I fully understood everything, which I deeply appreciated. A big thank you to everyone at Olde Towne Animal Hospital for their kind and professional care.
